AUCTION KICK-OFF CELEBRATION – NOVEMBER 3, 2018 – 2PM – 4PM

We do, of course, want to make sure the All School Auction is a success for ALL groups but we are there to represent the Band & Auxiliary. Help make the All School Auction great & also help maximize the Band & Auxiliary Boosters share of the auction proceeds! Please consider joining me, Sean Hotchkiss, as a Band & Auxiliary Booster Representative on the All School Auction Team.
My personal goal is to raise $5000 for the band program through the auction. About an $1100 increase over last year.

Keep in mind that we have the Craft Fair Raffle and Jazz/Guitar Concert we’ll need donations for as well.

If you have any contacts in the community that would be willing to donate items on behalf of the Band & Auxiliary Boosters let me know. Donated auction items that seem to get the best bang are Wine Tastings, Wine, Brewery, Distillery Tours, Vacation rentals, etc… Thinking outside the box is a good thing, so if you have a “crazy idea” let me know.

ITEMS DONATED TO THE AUCTION MUST BE FLAGGED FOR USE BY THE BAND & AUXILIARY BOOSTERS (OR BAND FOR SHORT) OR THEY WILL GO INTO THE GENERAL POOL FOR USE BY ANYONE!

ANNUAL AUCTION – APRIL 27, 2019

The PSO & YOU raised over $60,000 at last April’s Wild West Auction. Our goal this year is $75,000! Join our team and help us create the most exciting, fun filled evening we can imagine for this year’s TIGARDOPOLY Auction! It is going to be a BLAST! Dinner, Games, Silent and Live Auction Items, Entertainment and a few twists too!

Here are some initial ideas we could use your help with:
– Help us brainstorm game ideas
– Create centerpieces and props
– Pick up donated items when needed
– Create and maintain a presence on Social Media
– Decorate the day of the event
– Take photos
– Help obtain any auction items
– Have fun and enjoy working with other parents/guardians

Remember – the money raised is for teachers, students, clubs, band and athletics! Give a little or as much time as you would like.
